- Elaborar y alinear los objetivos mensuales de crecimiento del negocio.
- Realizar seguimiento de los objetivos del mes, identificar señales de alerta/obstáculos y trabajar junto con el equipo correspondiente para llegar a la solución.
- Participar en proyectos estratégicos con un enfoque práctico para lograr objetivos comerciales específicos y apoyar diferentes necesidades.
- Supervisar y analizar constantemente los indicadores de rendimiento clave del negocio para encontrar oportunidades y/o obstáculos para lograr el crecimiento.
- Elaborar y alinear con los principales stakeholders un plan estratégico a corto, mediano y largo plazo que nos permita establecer objetivos para equipos específicos en la región, y dar seguimiento con áreas de ejecución frente a estos objetivos.
- Preparar informes y presentaciones estratégicas que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
- Realizar análisis ad-hoc y liderar proyectos de mejora que desbloquearán las necesidades comerciales a través del crecimiento y la eficiencia
- 1-2 años de consultoría, planificación o experiencia similar; o 1-2 años en una startup de rápido crecimiento
- Se requiere conocimiento de Excel intermedio/avanzado;
- SQL (No Excluyente)
- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos con equipos diversos (Marketing, Producto, Precios, Ventas, Operaciones, Clientes)
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas: análisis y presentación de datos; optimización de procesos Pensamiento estratégico: enmarcar un problema y las formas de encontrar una solución Excelente síntesis y comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
