In the new Abbvie BackOffice TOM the Finance Analyst will have a fundamental role in making sure all SOPs within South Region are aligned and developing as expected.

Main responsibilities


Describe with infinitive verbs the actions that the holder of the job does and which is the expected result for them.

Responsibilities should be ordered according to theirs importance.

  • Participate in the internal control process, tracking compliance on Abbvie Global Policies, with an Always Ready Mentality.
  • Liason between AFS, CoEs TCS and BPO for PTP/ OTC/RTR financial cycles.
  • Key user and responsibilities over CTE (Concur) for South Region.
  • Support South Region in adhoc initiatives related to PTP/CTE/RTR processes
  • Local key user for local tax and statutory activities (Argentina)
  • Support Trial Balance analysis, Entity PLN and LRCP processes
  • Manage specific OEC monitoring controls for South Region such as PSP samples and FOCs.
  • Perform Records Management activities for South Region
  • Run Open PO report

Education:
CPA or equivalent degree required

English skills are a priority.
