The Position

The Rare Diseases Marketing Analyst is responsible for the coordination and implementation of specific tasks to support Marketing strategies (RBD & RED BUs) and provides support to the Sales Force in relation to events and meetings logistics, coordination, and delivery of promotional materials.
Activities and Responsibilities
Provides support to RBD and RED Product managers to achieve business targets efficiently and effectively. Participation in special projects according to business needs.
Coordinates and followsup promotional material development, approval, and purchase processes. Plans, implements, and monitors promotional material delivery to Sales Force and PCP
Promotional Budget expenditure control (update and follow up)
Awareness campaign calendarization and followup
Support in the control of promotional material stocks, and ensures the level is according to the needs (new purchases destroy old material). Keep promotional materials updated through monthly review.
Participates in Marketing internal meetings and Cycle Meetings with Sales Force

Required Qualifications

University student or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related
Fluent in oral and written English
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or with administrative tasks
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Skills on social media apps and data analytics.
Budget control experience

Desired Qualifications

Previous Pharmaceutical experience
Experience with High Cost or Rare Diseases
