    BA Global Talent is seeking a qualified professional in the role of Sales Representative / Appointment Setter. In this position, you will ensure sales quotas are met. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong listening, communication, and negotiating skills, and someone with a presence who can showcase offerings in a compelling way, being approachable and professional.

    You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance into management positions within the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and qualify potential clients through phone calls, emails, and SMS.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
    • Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for sales tracking and reporting.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
    • Excellent phone presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
    • Demonstrated desire to build a career in sales and aspire to leadership roles.
    • Ability to work in the USA timezone.
    • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
