That's why we're seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from using Workwolf.

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up the sales team for success.

Responsibilities and Role Outcomes:


  • Drive Revenue
a. Be an expert on the Workwolf value proposition

c. Research accounts, identify key players, develop and source prospects

d. Hit weekly and monthly targets of booking qualified meetings

Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, telemarketing/phone prospecting, or business development in a hightech or SaaS industry
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone
  • Experience in highvolume outbound sales prospecting
  • Experience with tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiar with PC or Mac systems and the Google + Microsoft Suite
  • Flawless English communication skills; both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
  • Must be an excellent problemsolver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Any previous sales training is great
