Sales Representative
Description
Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.
Compiles budgetary quotes for simple to complicated jobs by gathering technical data, customer presentations, lead time and others for customer facing sales force.
Receives and processes orders, issues order acknowledgements, invoices and shipping notices for simple to complicated jobs.
Communicates order status, inventory status and other associated information to customer facing sales force, and identifies any issues.
Resolves customer issues where applicable, engages other for resolution where applicable (including shipment and after sale).
Periodically reviews and reports inventory/stock levels, takes action and creates orders if needed.
Actively supports all branch personnel in the sale of products to retail customers across varying levels of tasks.
Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Active participation in the sales and customer needs, establishes a close connection.
Generating quotes requested by the customer and boosting sales opportunities, tracking opportunities and projecting their evolution. Conducts frequent customer visits or meetings to provide feedback to the business relationship
Controls documentation of the sales process to ensure loading into portals and internal requirements
Validates the generation of Invoices in the management system. Perform control and validate on Purchase Orders.
Control of availability, shipping costs and replacement of parts according to customer requirements
Manages and tracks the statement to ensure customer collection.
Generate synergies across business sectors, functions and regions. That allows obtaining necessary documentation or streamlining processes
Demonstrate agility to seize opportunities and respond to problems.
Compliance with Health and Safety Policies, Environment. Generate monthly JSO audits.
Monthly Close, Cost Control, Sales Operation vs. Budgets
Promote diversity, foster innovation and seek continuous improvement.
Promote quality of service and customer service to grow business in our region
Generate administrative reports in word /excell /Powerpoint, etc.
