Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
  • Present our service features and benefits persuasively to potential customers
  • Handle objections and address concerns raised by potential customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Proactively identify upselling and crossselling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers through followup communication
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies to improve sales performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
