Onyx Air is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a sales development representative responsible for research & pre-qualification of leads, communication with prospective clients, and sales of the company's offerings, primarily to the US and Canadian markets.

This is a remote position and you will be paid a fixed salary plus generous commissions,
all in US Dollars.

Job Duties:

• Presentation and promotion of the company's services
• Scheduling meetings with qualified clients
• Researching client contact information
• Periodic researching of client needs and trends
• Tracking all progress in a CRM
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

Job Qualifications:

• Full fluency in English
• 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is preferred (cold calls, client facing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Excel (basic)
• Familiarity with various prospecting tools
• Ability to convince and effectively negotiate
• Ability to work with various types of people
• Analytical and methodical approach to work, with great attention to detail.
• Persistent, motivated, and outgoing personality
