- Asegurarse el cumplimiento de los objetivos dispuestos por la empresa en el equipo regional de operaciones a través de nuestros principales indicadores
- Diseñar, ejecutar y monitorear los diferentes proyectos e iniciativas del servicio de manera autónoma para asegurar la estrategia y el cumplimiento de los KRs
- Ser referente de la línea de negocio a cargo, liderando con responsabilidad los Squads y asegurando la dinámica de los mismos de forma efectiva, tanto con stakeholders internos como externos
- Evaluar, analizar y reconocer cambios que puedan impactar al servicio a través de los KPIS
- Periódicamente revisar los objetivos en concordancia con la estándar de la norma COPC
- Desarrollar una visión de negocio a través de una interacción cercana con los equipos regionales y locales, identificando insights que apoyen la estrategia de la línea de negocios y compañía en general
- Velar por la calidad de los datos y los procesos de recolección de datos de los indicadores que maneja
- Preferentemente estudiante avanzado o graduado de carreras como Economía con base estadística, Administración de Empresas, Licenciatura en Matemáticas y / ó Estadística, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

- Manejo de paquetes de análisis de datos y/o lenguajes de programación

- Aplicar técnicas de análisis de datos para generar insights a partir de la data, que permitan generar nuevas hipótesis e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
