- To provide operational HR advice, guidance and support to Managers and Colleagues within agreed scope of responsibility
- To provide a quality administrative service and efficient support to key HR stakeholders
- To maintain HR records accurate – manual and computerized, accurately produce HR documentation in accordance with internal timeframes
- To share information accurately and in a timely manner across HR Partner's and all HR departments as required
- Use initiative and proactively contribute to the improvement of efficiency, problem resolution and development of WTW policies, practices and procedures
- Be an active member of the team to enhance the teams' ability to deliver consistent high quality service
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities and external compliance regulation and legislation.
- Execute an onboarding process for new hires.
- Previous experience of working within a busy HR administrative environment and knowledge of key HR related issues and processes (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Experience of maintaining an HRIS database such as Oracle
- Previous experience providing HR Services.
- Spanish and English required.
- Working knowledge and experience of adhering to and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
- Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
- Exceptional organizational/coordinating skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload against competing demands and recognize the importance and relevance of tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst analyzing complex situations/data and identify options for action
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with good numerical skills
