Descripción
The position:
Support sales force in monitoring and coordinating deliveries to customers, with overview on additional relevant inputs such as stock, receivables and sales reporting.
Tasks and responsibilites:
- First point of contact for sales force on sales order status.
- Monitor punctual delivery to customers.
- Sales orders creation.
- Credit memo request. Keep process documentation up to date align necessary changes with supervisor.
Requirements:
- Adherence to specific external rules and regulations.
- Adherence to general BI rules and regulations.
- Adherence to GBS template processes.
- Previous experience in the task or in related areas such as accounts receivable, order management or SCM.
- Team player.
- Strong commitment to costumer satisfaction.
- Ability to create fluent communication with stakeholders.
- Level of English: intermmediate.
