Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

This role will require you to take on several complex and crucial responsibilities when it comes to monitoring and bettering account processes.

Key duties include the ability to load and reconcile settlement files against activity files, as well as efficiently carry out daily and monthly bank reconciliations for all settlement accounts.

You'll keep accounting records, and you'll prepare daily and monthly reconciliations on 10/15 accounts related to 3-4 products. Also, you'll participate in the closing process for the corporate balance sheet. So, you'll need to be very analytical and detail oriented.

You'll need 3-4 years of experience in the financial services industry in an accounting or analyst role (preferable). You'll have a degree or advanced studies in accounting or related. So, you'll have strong accounting knowledge. You ́ll have an intermediate English and advanced Excel. It ́s important that you'll be organized, detailed and focused. You'll be in contact with different areas. So, you'll need an effective communication. You'll preferably be acquainted with Quick Sense, JD Edwards, Kubic, Oracle.
