- Responsible for full Planning & Control cycle Inc. monthly closings, and cash flow.
- Responsible for the finance management of MediaMonks Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico P&L for the Data and Media businesses and related operations of the Agency.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate controls and IFRS.
- Main contact person for Internal and external audits.
- Execution is driven to implement and maintain strong business operations locally.
- Partner with business owners to aid strategic decision-making and ensure the proper operation of the business.
- Manage and liaise with various stakeholders, Finance and Tax Team of the Parent company (S4)
- Ensure all reporting is compliant with statutory requirements and tax regulations
- Constantly contribute to further documenting and improving processes as well as building a future-proof finance and reporting structure
- Inspiring and cultivating team members, mentoring/coaching and strengthening their capabilities and knowledge set.
- Role in implementing new ERP/Finance systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar. A Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Digital Marketing or Advertising agencies experience is a plus.
- Work experience in Big 4 firms, or similar is a plus.
- Strong experience in finance operations management
- Be in charge of work teams +5 years

- Work in collaborative and multicultural organizations.
- An established track record of successfully managing client businesses and proven ability to lead teams.
- Involvement in global products/projects/programs
- A strong understanding of culture, and thorough knowledge of market changes that influence the agency and its clients.
