- Localize assets (video and images) following the guidelines of each material.
- Setting creative and technical standards to determine the best tools and techniques to use is essential.
- Have impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Take matters into your own hands when needed, but always look at your project's bigger picture- keeping the north star in mind.
- Working together with animation directors, creative directors and art directors to bring your combined creative vision to life.
- You know the ins and outs of animation - from concept to creation and beyond.
- You can produce drop-dead gorgeous animations, illustrations and designs, even under skinny jeans-tight deadlines.
- +2 years experience working in the advertising industry as a Mid role.
- Skilled in motion graphics and editing.
- Design skills are a definite plus.
- Professional understanding of After Effects, Premier, Figma, psd, illustrator
- Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT).
- Visualization of creative campaigns for different brands.
- +3 years minimum digital experience.
- Good english, both spoken and written.
- Responsible for resourcing and implementing security controls for your teams processes and systems
- Responsible that all your personnel apply information security in accordance with the established information security policy
