What you will do

Design and implementing Marketing strategies and techniques to expand the company's portfolio
Planning and execution of marketing campaigns/activities, results analysis, and plans adjusting
Testing ideas and analyzing results to make datadriven decisions and adjust the strategy
Working with BD/Sales and Marketing managers to achieve goals

Must haves

3+ years experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company
Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (10+ people)
Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
Excellent written and oral English
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

Nice to haves

Expertise in Fintech/Ecommerce/Analytics domain
Knowledge of principles of Account Based Marketing
