- Preparar y comunicar los objetivos de crecimiento mensuales. Realizar un seguimiento de los objetivos del mes, identificar señales de alerta/obstáculos y dar seguimiento al equipo correspondiente para llegar a la solución.
Liderar proyectos estratégicos con un enfoque práctico para lograr objetivos comerciales específicos. - Definir estrategia de compra y venta en cada uno de los países a nivel SKU junto con los equipos locales
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de target de margen bruto en cada una de las transacciones
- Llevar a cabo a la implementación y monitoreo de la misma a nivel diario
- Accionar palancas de acción correctivas para alcanzar los targets en cada etapa del funnel de compra y venta
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora a nivel procesos, y liderar las interacciones con resto de las áreas para su implementación (ie. Customer, Producto, Data).
- Formar y liderar equipo
- Graduados de Economía, Ingeniería, Administración o afines.
- Buen relacionamiento interpersonal.
- Experiencia liderando proyectos de forma práctica con equipos diversos
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinamico
