    The opportunity

    The ITTS EMS Manager plays a key role in the end-to-end coordination within several projects. This role is expected to anchor and collaborate with team members in setting up of project plans, regular monitoring of processes, ensuring controls are in place, risk analyses are performed for every process, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/ external teams for long terms' success.

    Your key responsibilities


    • Held accountable for assigned projects and reporting to project sponsors.


    • Led a cross-functional team to execute the project, aiming to achieve set project goals.


    • Managing end-to-end Transfer Pricing related projects from across regions and businesses.


    • Managing complex projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.


    • Understanding the impact of scope changes and adjusts project plans and communicates accordingly.


    • Responsible for the planning and execution of required activities to achieve project goals, while adhering to the project's budget and schedule constraints.


    • High stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout the various project stages


    • Responsible for managing project risks, which includes identifying and mitigating potential risks.


    • Communication: Regularly report project status to stakeholders while facilitating consistent project team meetings.


    • Assemble a project team that aligns with project needs, secure necessary resources and budget, and organize, lead, and motivate the project team.

    Skills and attributes for success


    • Understanding of Transfer Pricing (preferred)


    • Stakeholder, Scope, Schedule, and Budget management.


    • Team management experience

    To qualify for the role, you must have


    • 8-10 years overall experience


    • PMP Certification - preferred


    • Sound knowledge on MS office suite


    • Experience in working in a multi-cultural and team environment.


    • Effective communication skills - both written and oral – including English.


    • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities.


    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills.


    • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.


    • Be proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office.


    • Possessing knowledge in the MS 365 Platform is a beneficial advantage.
