Al asumir la posición de BRAND MANAGER dentro del equipo de marketing de SN CONSUMER formaras parte de un team entusiasta, con un valor muy fuerte de equipo y comprometido con la tarea que desarrollamos día a día. Tendrás a tu cargo un gran desafío, ocupando un rol importante en la marcas regionales ( Vital / La Serenísima Baby) de Nutricia Bagó.
Buscamos un profesional entusiasta con capacidad de liderazgo, perfil analítico y orientado a los resultados, capaz de realizar un seguimiento detallado de las variables duras de negocio que impactan en nuestras marcas. Será responsable de recomendar y analizar oportunidades en función del avance del negocio con una mirada estratégica, monitoreando los KPIs. Tendrá un rol activo en la estimación de volumen tomando activamente decisiones.
Colaborará estrechamente con otros departamentos para garantizar la coherencia de la estrategia en las áreas principales y ser referente de las marcas liderando foros cross-areas.
Además, será responsable del diseño, desarrollo y ejecución de la estrategia de nuestras marcas regionales. Liderará campañas 360°, buscando constantemente la innovación, desafiando y asegurando eficiencia en la implementación para maximizar los objetivos, partiendo de la planeación estratégica y el seguimiento de la inversión en medios.
Evaluará el desempeño de las marcas y realizará ajustes estratégicos según sea necesario, manteniéndose actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y enfocado en resultados. Tendrá un rol protagónico en brindarle soporte al gerente para planes de negocio.
Asimismo, desarrollará e implementará planes de marketing, supervisando el presupuesto y garantizando un uso eficiente de los recursos.
