Position Purpose


The Analyst, Transaction Efficiency will act upon the responsibilities defined in this document and will have to work accordingly to the procedures established by CHEP for the validation of the transfers reported in the system and to execute the evidence qualification for their correction or annulment.

The correct execution of these activities will impact on the generation of LEC invoices and will affect directly on the retail FTR.


Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Data base developing for the assigned accounts using input from SAP, Salesforce, Power BI.
  • Weekly and Monthly analysis of transfers. An average of 10k transfers per analyst yearly.
  • Perform the request, proper analysis and qualification of evidences followed by the dictamination to the customer.
  • Identify the cause of the alarms on an audit transfer exercise.
  • Creation of reports with KPI's for the accounts such as Audited movements, Movements Annulment, Invoiced Movements, Response Time, etc.
  • Follow up of the assigned LATAM accounts portfolio. An average of 400 per analyst.
  • Identify and share with the customers and the commercial executive the pain points on the transfers uploading into the system as well as the analysis of the previous audit exercises at the closure of the stock audit.
  • Allegations/ doubts conciliation before, during and at the closure of the transfer audit procedure.
  • Management of quantities, DOD and receiver corrections or adjustments in the system because of the transfer audit resolution. This will impact directly on the weekly billing of the Emitter.
  • Follow up of the LEC invoices generated to the Emitters and its impact on the Retail FTR.
  • Trigger stock audits based on the regular analysis of the behavior of the transfers.
  • Management of the Reconciliation Process within and Stock Audit.

Experience
