The Job
We seek a Learning and Development specialist that will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development manager and coordinating highquality learning programs across the LATAM region.

The Daily

Support Language Program across the Latam region
Program and logistics coordination, including scheduling, communicating, and tracking multiple learning events
Ensure learning systems are up to date with accurate data and monitor reports as needed.
Develop and build effective learning courses, resources, tools and experiences using a variety of different media (e.g., inperson and ondemand training, resources, job aids, reference guides) to engage the modern learner
Support L&D Manager on endtoend project and program management and operations including communications, program delivery, budget, evaluation/feedback and measurement of business impact

The Essentials

3 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated ability to coordinate large scale learning, development programs or equivalent professional events
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Selfdirected with strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask across concurrent projects and attention to detail
Ability to establish relationships across levels and across geographies
Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis
Language: Fluency in English and Portuguese
