Senior Staff Accountant - Buenos Aires, Argentina - Retargetly

We are looking for aSr.
Staff Accountant to join the Finance Team.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in accounting and monthend close process: prepare journal entries, maintain fixed asset schedules, monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and bank accounts
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts (variances to budget and prior year results)
- Interim and yearend audit requests.
- Assist with the completion of the Fiscal Year Audit by gathering information and supporting documents.
- Tax actively participate in yearend Tax Reporting and Filing by gathering information and supporting documents.
- Review long term contracts in order to prepare accounting impact analysis.
- Analyze and evaluates corporate cost allocations.
- Documents accounting processes and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting
- 3/ 4 years of experience in similar roles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volumen
- Ability to correctly prepare tax reports.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software Excel (advanced) and Word.
