El Centro de Servicios de Chevron (Buenos Aires Shared Service Center - BASSC) , ubicado en Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, con sus más de 1000 empleados, brinda soluciones en las áreas de Finanzas, IT, Downstream, Recursos Humanos, Procurement y Auditoría a la organización global y está lanzando su Programa de Pasantías .
Los candidatos seleccionados se unirán al equipo de Procurement de BASSC .
Descripción de las actividades
• Creación de nuevos materiales en el sistema de gestión según los requisitos de la organización.
• Actualizar los datos maestros de materiales: actualizar periódicamente los datos maestros de materiales para garantizar la precisión y coherencia en todos los sistemas.
• Extensión de materiales: ampliar materiales existentes a nuevas plantas, ubicaciones de almacenamiento u organizaciones de ventas según sea necesario.
• Análisis de Datos: Analizar datos de materiales para identificar discrepancias y áreas de mejora.
• Documentar procesos y mantener registros de cambios de materiales.
Nota: Este es un puesto de pasantía y se proporcionará capacitación. Sin embargo, cualquier experiencia previa o familiaridad con SAP se considerará una ventaja.
Los pasantes tendrán la oportunidad de ser parte del equipo de compras, comenzar a entender el puesto y sus tareas, y su impacto en el negocio. Adicionalmente, tendrán la oportunidad de interactuar con requirentes de distintos países y regiones, con distintas culturas y prioridades.
Requisitos:
Horas por semana : 20 horas.
Duración de la Pasantía : 12 meses, con la posibilidad de extenderse por 6 meses más.
