We are looking for an Workday Learning Analyst to join our team at AES


Objective of the position:


Support the Global Talent & Learning Function on the technical and operational piece of Workday Learning and other digital tools to deliver development needs.

Upload the materials and maintain the tools to ensure everything works well and create the same experience for all AES Employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Work close to the L&D COE Partners to understand training needs and upload the content in WDL.
  • Support the Global initiatives to create standard learning experiences for all AES employees.
  • Create trainings in WDL for local needs of the different businesses. Understand and create digital and blended courses. Manage media content, edit, and update training material.
  • Work close with the functional area to understand the schedule and way of deliver.
  • Create and manage offerings for blended courses. Enroll People in the courses and work closely with HRIS team to mass enrollment/ Cherrypicking through EIB process. Pull reports and create metrics
  • Work on dashboards and analytics to support L&D partners to report business needs.
  • Be the point of contact related to technical learning issues.
  • Perform the testing and advise people on the usage of tools and experience of trainings.
  • Suggest improvements to the technical learning process.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Digital careers, Psychology, HR, Sociology, Business, Educational Sciences, or others related field.
  • Familiarity with elearning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Coordination and multitasking capability.
  • People oriented and customer centricity.
  • Must possess a clientservice and businessoriented mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects.
  • Flexibility in the way of working. The scope and content of work will frequently change depending on the portfolio of projects.
  • English fluently (oral and written).
  • Other Language (oral and written). Preferred
  • Experience: Between 13 years of related professional experience (learning, development or HR).
