ABOUT THE JOB:

The role is responsible for the Inside Sales team, performance management and development and management of activity and communications within the team.

The role also drives territory sales performance & Market Share.

We are seeking those who are extremely self-motivated; able to demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities as well as being a team player who builds positive working relationships to achieve positive goals and business objectives; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilities:

Drives Market Share % and value growth across customer base for Alcon's Contact lens and Contact Lens Care portfolio
Executes optimal call plans and selling strategies personally.
Implements innovation and creative ideas to improve overall function.
Ensures that Alcon products and supporting services are broadly understood and available to more patients and customers.
Deploys team to use approved Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programs Uses expert knowledge of Alcon products to support sound clinical discussions improve sales of Alcon products.
Allocates resources effectively (i.e. sampling, marketing material, etc.).
Works within Integrity and Compliance policies and all company policies and ensures those around them do the same.
Presents a positive attitude and leadership skills to foster a high performing culture.
Actively participates in all team meetings, conference calls, training, sales meetings.
