    Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinateprojectmanagementactivities, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaisewithclientstoidentify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assigntaskstointernalteams and assistwithschedulemanagement
  • Makesurethatclients' needs are met as projectsevolve
  • Monitor projectprogress and handleissuesthatarise, analyzerisks and opportunities
  • Supportprojectprocurementmanagement
  • Act as thepointofcontact and communicateprojectstatustoallparticipants
  • Workwiththe Project Manager and stakeholderstoeliminateblockers
  • Use toolsto monitor workinghours, plans and expenditures -Maintenanceofallappropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and termsofagreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation, plans and reports
  • Ensurestandards and requirements are metthroughconductingqualityassurancetests
  • Documentfindingsfromtheweekly, monthly and quarterlymeetings and reviews and invokeactions

    • Necessary skills and experience required:

  • 2-8 yearsexperiencewith 2+ yearsof actual experienceof -Teamplayerwithexcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; stakeholdermanagementskills.
  • Excellent time managementskills and abilitytomeetdeadlines.
  • Thrives in a super fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-initiator; flexible in providingsupport in multipleareas, abletostretchcapabilitieswhileprovidingquality.
  • Must be knowledgeable in analyzingspreadsheet data, creating simple formulas, developingpivot tables, vlookup, etc
  • Open toobtaining Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace, SDLC, Project Management is a big plus
