About the client:

Our client is based in Florida, USA, and runs a digital marketing agency focused on the home services and contractor industry.

The client handles local home service businesses seeking growth with digital marketing.

About the role:

Experience in contactor marketing or the home services niche is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

Perform general administrative tasks
Will be responsible for ordering blogs, ordering backlinks, and uploading blogs to the websites
Research various topics and compile information for presentations or projects.
Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
Provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Support the team with adhoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ownership, initiative, and proactiveness
Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fastpaced environment
Outstanding followup and followthrough
Prior experience in Digital Marketing, PPC, & SEO is preferred

Experience in the home services niche or contractor marketing is a plus.

Remote Status:
Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Holidays:

Salary:
USD 600 - USD 900
