What is the job about?

Calculate GRP and sales prices of nonstandard as well as outofprice list material, provide project quotation and SOR and other required documents for orders.
Respond customers inquires and give a brief explanation of the technical problem, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance.
Process special orders and inquiries in coordination with the supplier.
Assist the sales force by handling of tenders and projects, include providing dimension, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation and maintenance issues, etc.
Coordinate the technical training for internal staff & LDs.
Followup the time schedule of deliveries agreed upon and take appropriate action in case of deviations.
Coordinate with the services and logistics function to improve the customer's satisfactions.
Communicate with the respective product segment or other suppliers, where local problem solving is not available.

What do you need to apply?

Experienced with pumps or control panels maintenance or consultancy or sales works, will be an advantage
Fluent in English
Familiar with MS Office & SAP & CRM is preferred
Positive selfconfidence and ability to deal with pressure
