    Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is currently looking for a Manager, Finance & Administration LATAMC to join the team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

    Objective

    Coordinate the LatamC Administration team and the accounting review of the corporate operations of LatamC companies in both local and corporate books, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, administrative, and reporting requirements.

    Supervise and follow up on collections from franchised and managed hotels, as well as oversee and control Managed hotel administrations.

    Conduct audits of Managed and Franchised hotels in direct contact with the US Audit Department.

    Main Functions & Responsibilities

    • Oversee the preparation of Individual and consolidated Financial Statements, as well as other required reports and obligations, under local standards to comply with local laws and regulations
    • Supervise and prepare Individual and Consolidated Financial Statements, along with other required reports, under US GAAP standards, to comply with Wyndham's policies and SEC regulations
    • Supervise and follow up on collections from franchised and managed hotels
    • Supervise and monitor the Payroll process for LatamC corporate entities
    • Supervise the accounting recording process, taxes, payments, and collections. Provide support to other department associates to keep accounting up to date with clear and complete information
    • Analyze administration and finance procedures in hotels to identify and implement improvements in order to participate in standardizing group practices, and support administrations
    • Carry out general Audit process of Managed and Franchised hotels

    Education & Experience

    • Graduate in Public Accounting / Business Administration
    • Proficient in BAS Management system
    • Proficient in Oracle management system
    • Proficient in Afip environment Applications
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Advanced English proficiency
    • 2 years of experience in similar roles
    • Team Management skills
