Some of the responsibilities

  • Build the financial systems from the ground up.
  • Lead all budgeting/forecasting, oversee accounting and reporting. Lead the annual budgeting/planning process; monitor budgets vs. actuals.
  • Manage risk and compliance policies.
  • Develop and execute financial strategy to support company growth.
  • Establish scalable accounting policies, processes and controls.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital investments.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with CEO and leadership team on strategic plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- +7 years overall finance experience with 2+ years in a senior management role

  • Experience in construction/real estate industry preferred
  • Ability to build financial operations from the ground up
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills (Excel)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
