Manager of Administration and Finance is responsible for supervising ESET's administrative, accounting and financial tasks, managing their compliance with the Company's objectives and coordinating his/her Area.

Job description

Managerial responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement improvements of processes and work procedures within the team
  • Cooperate with immediate superior on financial planning and remain continuously updated on spending of funds
  • Share relevant information and support communication within the team and with other organizational units
  • Set clear and realistic goals and expectations towards work performance within prescribed deadlines
  • Manage, plan and delegate work to team members and be responsible for performance of assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and processes.
  • Provide regular feedback and evaluate work performance of direct subordinates (e.g. probation period, definite period, assessment interviews)
  • Take timely and efficient measures to ensure high-quality and timely work output of the team and its members
  • Ensure optimum planning of human resources, their substitutability and be responsible for attendance of team members. Cooperate with direct superior on planning for personnel and organizational changes
  • Cooperate on new employee recruitment process
  • In cooperation with the employee prepare their personal development plans and ensure relevant development and educational activities
  • Actively look for and exploit opportunities for own development and education and share experience and professional knowledge with others Responsibilities and Duties
  • To advise, coordinate and supervise his/her team.
  • To participate in the identification of his/her employees' training needs.
  • To participate in the planning and control of the economic budget of the Company, designing or supervising the different management control reports.
  • To control the administrative processes and propose the improvements deemed necessary.
  • To define the monthly closing schedules, and supervise the tasks of the different team members in order to comply in time and form with the internal reports and the reports requested by ESET HQ.
  • To monitor the Audit process of the Company's Financial Statements in the different countries of the Region.
  • To control the compliance with the Approval Matrix.
  • To supervise the management of the Company's treasury and funds, suggesting investment alternatives and foreign exchange risk management techniques.
  • To monitor the compliance with the Company's tax payments and the VAT refund process.
  • To follow the latest tax regulations and design an efficient tax planning, together with the Manager of the Area.
  • To analyze and reconcile information from the different Company systems.
  • To act as a point of contact in the Area for operational matters that involve other Company Areas.
  • To respond to the different projects presented by the HQ Financial team.
  • To lead the parameterization and maintenance of the Management System.
  • To comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.
  • To integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task.
  • Utilize own expertise to take responsibility for the final output and guarantee its quality
  • Be responsible for the expected performance of subordinates as well as for their adherence to the work discipline
  • Accept tasks in the form of goals and be responsible for the final implementation of goals and planned tasks

  • Identify and formulate activities and instruments leading to the accomplishment of the organizational unit's goals in accordance with the defined strategy
  • Continuously validate solution options and make suggestions for adjustments to the solution Requirements Education
  • Complete university studies in

Economic Sciences:
Certified Public Accountant or bachelor's degree in Administration. Experience - From 3 to 5 years working experience in the Administration and Finance Areas, coordinating teams. Knowledge - Knowledge of the main Accounting Standards. - Tax Knowledge. - Knowledge of the regulations of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA). - Use of Office Package. - Use of management systems.
