- Planificar y llevar adelante el proceso de auditoria de facturación de nuestro canal de distribución, asegurando una optima ejecucion y la presentacion de los resultados ante foros internos.
- Implementar un proceso de monitoreo de cobertura de nuestro acceso al mercado, identificando oportunidades de optimización tanto en cobertura, penetracion, Customer Share y Market Share.
- Lograr un gran conocimiento de nuestros distribuidores y proponer una segmentación que nos permita potenciar el nivel de atención y brindarle más herramientas para lograr sus objetivos.
- Interacción con equipos comerciales, tornándose un aliado clave al momento de la planificación del acceso al mercado y definición de objetivos.
- Generar información analítica de diagnóstico y gestión sobre nuestros clientes y canal, identificando oportunidades de negocio y promoviendo su implementación.
- Participacion en el desarrollo de reportes y análisis varios incluyendo pirámides de mercado, cartera de clientes, coss-selling, y otros, identificando y priorizando oportunidades junto con el equipo de CRM, generación de demanda, portafolio y comerciales.
- Participación en el armado y medición de KPIs de gestión y performance de equipos comerciales y nuestros distribuidores.
- Preferentemente Lic. en Administracion, Contador, Actuario, Ciencias de datos, Ing. industrial, agronomia, o carreras afines
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint. Capacidad analítica para trabajar con los datos a nivel de detalle, y poder extraer los principales insights para las áreas. Power BI, QS, Python serían un plus.
- Habilidad para comunicarse e influenciar positivamente con diferentes niveles de la organización.
- Capacidad de abstraccion para entender el modelo de negocio de Syngenta y la estrategia de acceso al mercado. Contar con conocimiento previo del mercado agrícola es un plus.
