As a member of our Operations team, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to support one of the core business units of EY's Global Delivery Services Argentina. We are a multidisciplinary team that supports multiple workstreams, enabling the Tax team to perform its tasks efficiently, removing constraints and channeling administrative workloads. We are currently looking for an associate who will methodologically oversee & collaborate with different tasks and projects

We're looking for an analyst who will focus on daily admin/operations and project management task. The ideal candidate is a team player skilled in data analytics/visualization with good PM experience. Candidate should be able to understand and to transform data into goal-driven reports for upper-level management as well as for multiple stakeholders. Candidate will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing daily admin task as well as projects within budget, timeline, and scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assistance different teams with different and multiple at times admin requests

· Provided in office support to our Tax population when needed due to business reasons (, events, global leadership visits, trainings, etc.)

· Work to continuously improve processes, systems, and tools across the operation

· Timely identification and reporting of issues related to office infrastructure and assets,

· Work along with WES/IT team and support them in all related matters to tax floors,

· Assisting in setting up rooms for meetings or events,

· Keeping tracks of inventory and placing orders as necessary,

· Walk through the floors daily

REQUIREMENTS

· Advanced English skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, etc.)

· Stakeholder managements experience desired

· Be able to adapt to dynamic environments and goals as a part of the Operations scope

· Driven individual who enjoys problem solving and learning new skills

· Candidate must have a strong attention to detail and be able to quality check their own work to ensure data anomalies/mistakes are caught prior to delivery of the analysis to the teams

• Ability to address multiple projects at once, last-minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude.
