We are looking for a Programmer Sr. Analyst for a global technology company focused on simplifying banking experiences.

Its purpose is to create innovative, customer-centric products that currently enable more than 50 million people to self-manage their finances.


Position Mission:


Main responsibilities:


  • Analyze, interpret and translate business requirements into consistent, complete and understandable design documents.
  • Design, execute and document unit and functional tests.
  • Create technical documentation for developments and ensure that they are updated on an ongoing basis.

Technical requirements/expertise:


  • Experience in functional analysis.
  • Experience in object oriented programming (e.g. C++, Javascript, CSS, Java).
  • Experience in frontend and web development.
  • Knowledge of SQL database.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI.
  • Knowledge of versioning tools (knowledge of GIT is a plus).
  • It will be desirable and a plus to have: experience in the development of digital banking channels.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Intermediate/advanced English

Soft skills:


  • Strong teamwork orientation.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to interact with technical and business profiles.
  • Ability to work in international projects and with different time zones (Mexico, Colombia, Spain).
