We are looking for a
Lead QA to join our team The proyect is within the
Financial industry and is based in
Chicago, IL.

Their platform exchanges the widest range of global benchmark products across all major asset classes.

Responsabilities

  • Work in a handson, collaborative environment to test and verify Salesforce experiences that solve critical needs.
  • Review and analyze user stories, product documents, business requirements, and design specifications to understand functionality of features, processes, workflows, reports, integrations, etc.
  • Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of project.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and wellstructured test plans, test cases and execution steps to verify functionality including data, and scripts used.
  • Execute and evaluate test cases and record results in JIRA
  • Ensure functionality is delivered per the business requirements and product documents.
  • Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes.
  • Implement automation strategies is a bonus.
  • Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
  • In depth functional testing
  • Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met through endtoend functional testing.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers and to Administrators to identify and resolve issues.
  • Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester delivering measurable results
  • 3+ years of handson experience working with the Salesforce platform with preferable experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Path, Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Chat, Reports
  • Ability to document test cases, bugs, and issues for other team members to clearly understand
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices
  • Ability to adapt to sprint cycles in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Familiarity with thirdparty API concepts and integration nice to have.
