- Exploring new opportunities and technologies to build a competitive advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience working on traffic conversion in online B2C areas and organic traffic.
- Knowledge of infertility treatment (nice to have) or medical industry.
- Very good practical knowledge of marketing tools and data analysis, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and the ability to effectively monitor website traffic and track conversions.
- Familiarity with WordPress and the ability to work with newsletter platforms such as GetResponse, MailerLite, etc.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose changes and optimizations to improve results.
- Excellent lead nurturing process management skills to convert traffic into subscribers and leads.
- Data analysis and reporting skills, including creating internal reports and analyzing Looker Studio reports.
- Knowledge of social media channels and the ability to use them to increase reach and communication effectiveness.
- Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Effective time and priority management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken. Proficiency in German - nice to have.
