Role Purpose:
As HR Consultant you will support HR projects and initiatives aligned with People agenda and business strategy.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners/HR Consultants and HR specialists to help planning pragmatic solutions to solve business needs, by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have measurable impact for our business either globally or within country adding commercial value.
Main Responsabilities:
Ø
ØLead and execute projects and initiatives, balancing scope, interdependencies, budget and risks, in order to support business results aligned with the strategic People plan.
ØResponsible for generating the annual program of projects, processes and controls, configuring plans and activities for each implementation across the organization.
ØStand as Role Model for functions and businesses, collaborating with HR Consultants, Business Partners and Specialists.
ØConfigure the analysis of information and KPIs for the projects or the assigned client.
ØProvides regular updates on issues, dependencies and risks and makes recommendations to support decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
ØUtilizes network of knowledge across the Centres of Expertise and HR Consultants/Specialists removing duplication of work and actively encouraging innovation.
ØIn depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures, challenging and identifying improvement opportunities in order to increase employee experience
ØMaintain in parallel an assigned portfolio of internal client
ØAble to explain and demonstrate knowledge of leadership, talent, performance and organizational culture capabilities, allowing the realization of the business strategy through different initiatives within his/her area of influence.
Requirements:
ØDemonstrated experience in Human Resources area, supporting & advising businesses/functions.
ØAnalytical mindset and HR data management capabilities.
ØPositive influence, problem solving, critical thinking and ability to gain trust and credibility
ØPriority setting capabilities.
ØBilingual English & Spanish language level.
ØConsultancy and project management skills / experience in HR is a plus.
ØStrong interpersonal skills, confident and ability to work at all levels within a global business environment.
ØStrict adherence to Confidentiality agreements/policies
ØFlexibility, resilience and ability to work under pressure.
ØTeam worker.
ØKnowledge / experience in Business Insights/Design Thinking/Change Management/Statistical Analysis.
ØSelf-driving.
ØAbility to work in a dynamic & changing environment by challenging the status quo.
ØBachelors degree. HR specialization is highly preferred.
