Excel Specialist Position:


Join our dynamic team as an Excel Specialist, where your expertise in Excel spreadsheets, data analysis, and meticulous attention to detail will drive efficiency and accuracy in managing large datasets and complex calculations.

This role is pivotal in supporting our diverse business operations by providing reliable data management solutions, financial analysis, and customized reporting to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas, to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailormade Excel solutions that support business objectives.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to aid in strategic decisionmaking and support financial planning.
  • Conduct data validation and cleanup to ensure the integrity and reliability of business data.
  • Provide training and support to team members in Excel best practices and advanced techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in advanced functions, formulas, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high precision and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or related field preferred.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Excel features and data analysis trends.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role requiring extensive use of Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Certification in Microsoft Excel or similar credentials is highly advantageous.
