- Preparar pre-facturas y revisarlas según estándares internos.
- Preparar facturas de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos internos.
- Asegurarse de que las facturas se entreguen en tiempo y forma para el pago.
- Ejecutar todas las tareas de facturación según los procesos establecidos.
- Mantener y actualizar la información de facturación del cliente, de acuerdo a sus instrucciones y requisitos.
- Asistir en la identificación y resolución de problemas técnicos. ¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito en esta oportunidad?
- Contar con nivel de inglés avanzado (EXCLUYENTE).
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
- Conocimientos de SAP u otro ERP, Excel, ServiceNow.
- Organización, atención al detalle, capacidad de autogestión, gestión del tiempo, mejora continua, orientación al cliente, trabajo en equipo, colaboración. ¿Qué te ofrece la empresa?
