We are looking for an IT Financial Planning & Management JR. Analyst to join our team at AES.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT billing, transaction processing and several activities across IT finances.
  • Participate in IT activities (Analysis, Payment)
  • Help to ensure business users are billed for services provided to them according to agreed terms and conditions, with analyst collaboration.
  • Give support to IT Semi-Senior Analyst in IT financial performance.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisition, followup with Supply Chain the creation and approval of Purchase Orders, ensure supplier receives the PO, ensure large purchases are entered into the prepaid account.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of all the processes executed.
  • Prepare Service Entry Sheets and ensure payments are executed in a correct ant timely manner after confirming with AES stakeholders that vendor services have been adequately performed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Accounting, Economics, or Administration student (40%50% completed) 1+ years of financial management, accounting and/ or treasury experience in international / global companies
  • Intermediate English (MCAC position)
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of financial management tools like SAP (nice to have)
  • We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent coordination and communication skills
