Background


The Engagement Management Services (EMS) team at the GDS helps all ITTS engagements to enhance service delivery by ensuring proactive coordination, timely communication and efficient engagement management in a cost-effective manner.

We are trained to carry out engagement management activities that are essential to each engagement, across different phases of the engagement life cycle.


Description
The Preparer (Staff/Analyst) will need to work closely with a Reviewer (Senior/Assistant Manager) to provide Engagement Management Support for clients/stakeholders, understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved in the global service delivery and ensure that they have a strong understanding of:


  • Engagement Lyfe Cycle:
  • New Engagement Support (Opportunity management, Risk Assessment
  • PACE, Pricing Plan and Code Set up).
  • Engagement Document Management (Client Contracting Systems, Sub-Contractor Memos, EYI-MD, Sharepoint.)
  • Billing, EstimatetoComplete (ETC) and Code Management (BEC): Budget to Actual Analysis and Dashboards, WIP report and Analysis, EstimatetoComplete updates, Book of Business Dashboards and Analysis.
  • Project Management and Coordination.
  • International Tax Compliance (E-Filing related tasks)
  • Data Analytics and Visualization (KPI, Dashboards (Power Bi), Market Segmentation reports, Powerpoint and Advance Excel support.
  • Business Development Support.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives.

Technical skills requirements:


  • 0 to 3 years of total work experience. Prior experience in other Big Fours is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or finalizing course of studies. Economic Sciences, Public accountant, Commerce or Business management.
  • Experience in working in a multicultural and team environment.
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate an eye for detail.
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.
  • Be proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel working knowledge of MS office.
