- Gestión de todos los asientos contables para garantizar que se elavoren con precisión y en línea con las normas corporativas respetando los deadlines
- Gestión de facturación para asegurar que se preparan en tiempo y forma y de acuerdo con las Condiciones comerciales de contratos
- Garantizar que los resultados se informen y analicen con precisión
- Gestión eficaz del equipo contable
- Cálculo de tarifas de facturación, costos, y análisis de márgenes para gestionar la rentabilidad
- Elaboración y gestión del plan anual y reforecast trimestral en conjunto con Business Management y Finance team
- Responsabilidad por el cumplimiento del Marco de Gestión Financiera dentro del marco de control
- Centrarse en el cobro de efectivo, la optimización del DSO y la minimización de las partidas no facturadas, garantizando que el balance de las áreas se concilien, analizen y controlen adecuadamente
- Enlace con auditores externos, internos y de clientes
- Vinculación con el gerente comercial y el administrador de contratos en relación con cualquier aspecto contractual
- Ejecución de diversos análisis y tareas financieras ad hoc cuando sea necesario
- Estudios Universitarios - CPN
- 3-4 años de experiencia en contabilidad de proyectos
- Excelente dominio de MS Excel
- Habilidades de supervisión y gestión de personas
- Buen conocimiento comercial
- Buena experiencia en sistemas (por ejemplo, Oracle, Hyperion)
