- Oversee day to day activities from BA team, composed by Seniors and Staffs that include: Manual JEs Monthly Flash Report Financial Result Summary CFO Deep Dive Inputs FERC reporting Close Management
- Become client stakeholders trusted advisor and point of contact during the transition and after go-live
- Coach junior team members to deliver client on timely and quality manner, becoming a referent for them and leading by example in terms of client communication and team behaviours.
