- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Solid financial and analytical skills.
- Strong team player with excellent people and communication skills.
- Work in collaborative and multicultural organizations.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Highly proficient in Excel & ERP user experience
- Spanish native and advanced english (Proven TOEFL over 90/120 is a plus)
- Scholarship: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar. Master or MBA is a plus.
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete preparation, analysis and consolidation of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial results.
- Prepare monthly Flux analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
- Support day to day and month-end accounting activities.
- Prepare and follow up on assigned monthly general ledger account reconciliations
- Be focal point for I/C reconciliation.
- Work with external BPO to attend Argentina tax and accounting requirements.
- Identify areas of enhancements, eliminate inefficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
