- Liderar el equipo, y la definición e implementación de la estrategia full-funnel de Marketing de Mercado Shops para Argentina.
- Implementar la estrategia de brand awareness, segmentada por audiencia, con el objetivo de mejorar el posicionamiento de Mercado Shops en Argentina: coordinar la estrategia, producción de contenido en redes sociales, y la participación en eventos importantes de la industria.
- Optimizar la estrategia de adquisición de nuevos vendedores, gestionando pauta publicitaria y eficientizando todos los canales y las distintas audiencias para mejorar la conversión de todos los funnels.
- Definir y ejecutar en conjunto con los equipos comerciales, un calendario anual de dinámicas comerciales (fechas especiales, lanzamientos, nuevas temporadas, entre otros) para potenciar el crecimiento de los vendedores de la plataforma.
- Poseer experiencia mínima de 5 años en áreas comerciales o de desarrollo de negocio/proyectos, preferentemente en el área digital.
- Contar con excelente manejo de herramientas Office / Google Workspace. Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de datos: Tableau, Salesforce, Big Query es deseable.
- Haber tenido experiencia previa en gestión de presupuesto y pauta publicitaria será valorado.
- Poseer experiencia en metodologías ágiles de trabajo con funnels de growth marketing.
