SEEKING A STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR SALES MANAGER READY TO EXCEL IN ARGENTINA

Responsibilities:


  • Devise and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets by establishing distribution channels, securing wholesalers, and engaging commission agents.
  • Independently navigate the market to identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and commission agents, expanding our network effectively.
  • Analyze market opportunities, trends, and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate agreements with distributors and partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to optimize business development processes and enhance overall market presence.
  • Generate regular reports on market insights, potential leads, and contribute to budget planning.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 510 years of progressive business development experience, particularly in establishing distribution networks and partnerships.
  • Independent Operator: Proven ability to work autonomously without a provided team.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of successfully establishing and managing distribution channels.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in interpreting market dynamics and developing effective business development strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating intricate agreements with distributors, wholesalers, and commission agents.
  • Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the general trading industry, market dynamics, and product offerings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with partners and internal teams.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and other tools relevant to business development.
