- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings/calls, and make travel arrangements for partners and investment team members.
- Screen inquiries and prioritize matters requiring the attention of investment team members.
- Provide general administrative support across various ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and assist in organizing virtual meetings and events.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an executive assistant or senior-level virtual assistant.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of web-based tools like G Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
- Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and experienced in handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector or with investment firms.
