    As a Senior Associate, you'll be part of a team dedicated to solving intricate business challenges from ideation to implementation. At this managerial level, key responsibilities and skills expected from PwC Professionals include:

    As a Business Relationship Coordinator, your role involves supporting the intake process for new projects. This may entail:

    • Participating in calls led by the P&T Business Relationship Leader and assisting in collecting necessary data from stakeholders to kickstart projects.
    • Aiding in establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships under the guidance of the Business Relationship Leader.
    • Coordinating meetings, setting agendas, and ensuring timely completion of follow-up actions.
    • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address client requirements promptly.
    • Assisting in compiling reports on account status for senior management.
    • Organizing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing the Business Relationship Leader for engagements.
    • Compiling regular reports on client account status, meeting outcomes, and progress in business development.
    • Assisting in coordinating budget planning discussions with business stakeholders.
    • Contributing to maintaining an annual roadmap for P&T initiatives within the LOS.

    Preferred skills

    • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields (not mandatory).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge, Teams, etc.).
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks and team members effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Experience in business development and client engagement.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Ability to tailor communications to different audiences, both internal staff and business stakeholders across various levels.
    • Advanced proficiency in English.
    • Understanding of the significance of accurate information management.
    • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection best practices.
    • Proficiency in Information Security Management.

    Minimum years experience required

    • +2 years of experience in leading or coordinating projects.
    • +2 years of experience in Software Delivery, Delivery Management, Technology Operations, or delivering technology solutions and business initiatives.
