- Proven experience managing multiple medium to large sized complex projects (IT and business) from initiation through to implementation and hand-off to the operations and support organization
- Experience and/or understanding of organizational change management practices and processes that address an organization's change readiness
- Extensive experience in waterfall project management with some proven experience using agile methodology
- Experience in coaching and/or mentoring team members

The Project Manager will lead and manage multiple, complex projects through to successful completion by following a structured project management methodology and approach that aligns with PMI and SCO standards. Throughout the project life cycle, the Project Manager will work closely and collaboratively with sponsors, key stakeholders, vendors, outsourcers/offshore resources (where applicable) and project team members to ensure that the solution implemented fully meets the costs, time and quality expectations of the client.
To succeed in this position, he/she must be adaptable to change, an adept negotiator and facilitator, competent at relationship building and conflict resolution, possessing superior communication skills and acting decisively at all times.
The project manager is responsible for the overall success of the project and producing the project deliverables. Key responsibilities include:
