- Design, develop, test and implement solutions in Microsoft's Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flows & Dataverse) and Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Lead solution deployments across environments (development/testing/production) ensuring flawless integration.
- Incorporate industry standards and best practices in low-code development to improve application adaptability.
- Assist the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements for efficient product functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business administration or a related field.
- Microsoft's certifications, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or related certifications will be a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in low-code development using Microsoft's Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flows & Dataverse).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Phenomenal teammate with validated ability to adapt to change quickly and balance multiple priorities.
