As an AI Developer & ML Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models while ensuring smooth deployment and operation within a production environment.

Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining and optimizing machine learning pipelines, monitoring model performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Proficiency in Python programming language for AI model development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikitlearn.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing machine learning models is a plus.
• Skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI solutions.
• Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail for debugging and optimizing machine learning pipelines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights for improving AI models and operations.
